Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website (the ‘Site’). We believe in respecting the rights of intellectual property of others, just as we expect others to respect our rights. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can send us a takedown notice through our DMCA Agent to remove infringing material.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
  3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed, along with sufficient information for us to locate it;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement that the use of the material is unauthorized;
  6. A statement that the information provided is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Failure to provide accurate information can result in civil damages under Title 17 USC §512(f). Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email.

In case of a copyright infringement claim, the identity and information provided may be shared with the alleged infringer, as per our policy.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you believe material was wrongly taken down due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to our DMCA Agent, including:

  1. Your signature;
  2. A description of the removed material and its original location;
  3. A statement that the removal was a mistake;
  4. Your contact details and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy
